Enjoy Eid Meats — In Moderation

🥩✨ Enjoy Eid meats — in moderation.

Your health always deserves care 💙

During Eid al-Adha:

• ✔️ Do not overeat meat
• ✔️ Drink plenty of water
• ✔️ Add vegetables and salads to your meals
• ✔️ Reduce soft drinks
• ✔️ Walk after meals 🚶‍♂️

🍃 Wishing you health and wellness this Eid

Why moderation matters

Excess meat and fat can cause digestive issues, high blood pressure, and blood sugar spikes — especially for diabetes, hypertension, and elderly patients.

A balanced plate

• Keep meat portions moderate
• Fill half your plate with vegetables and salad
• Choose healthier cooking (grilling, boiling); limit excess oil
• Choose water over soda and sweet juices
